BODY BURNOUT is a Gym based 4 week fitness programme designed for losing weight, Toning and strengthening all Muscle groups.
The Gym based programme will challenge and progress you through the weeks at your own pace and ability.. All fitness levels welcome. You will be pushed to your own limits no one else’s.. this programme will require dedication and focus.
Body composition( body fat%, body fat mass, weight and body measurements) will be taking at start and finish to see how you have progressed after finishing the programme.
Nutritional advice and support will be given and calorie and macro-nutrient count to follow. Will also have access to all the D.G Fitness Premium content will will give you access to the following-
